evaluation of Liqnet ICO project,  for those that miss my earlier post on Liqnet,  you can click here.
When it comes to ICO,  investors are being careful about the projects they are going to invest in so they make various findings before funding an ICO,  so I decided to do my own findings and share some of the evaluations made by different bodies as regards LIQNET ICO project.

Men of gold don't wear gold

Men of gold don't wear gold. By Sam Adeleke
Yesterday I had to visit somewhere and it was raining so I did not want to drive there since I was not too familiar with the road, so I parked my car somewhere close and used a keke (local tricycle).

While I was there I got a call from a long time friend reminding me of my promise to her husband over a job, so I quickly told her my location, and asked her to tell her husband to meet me up ASAP since I will be leaving town soon, but I told her to tell her husband to meet me up where I packed my car since that place was a popular land mark .

I don’t know her husband and we have never met before. As I sent her the address, she called me back and was so excited that I was even around her area which will make it easy for him because he did not even have transport to come out, things was that bad. So I told her that he should pick a drop and I will pay.

In other not to keep him stranded I had to start rushing back to where I packed my car. God, I even entered under the rain, cold, just to meet up with him so he will not be stranded. As I was walking under the rain I saw a keke and stopped it. The keke man asked me to beg the man inside, so I started begging. The man refused and said I was wet. I told him I will sit one side, and he refused, saying except I pay for both his fare and mine.

I agreed, then he allowed me. As I entered this man kept me uncomfortable, saying if my wet clothes touch him again I will get down. I just kept my cool until I finally got to my destination. I did not even reach until I stopped at the junction and paid then used my legs to walk to my car, since it was very close.

I was inside my car warming myself, then I got a call from my friend saying her husband was around, so I described my car and he came. I saw someone knocked on my car glass, wound down and it was

Political learning

I am amused. My Naija pipo na wah. We too get comedians.

So, the 'uproar' is 'oh the defections is not in our interests'!

'oh defections are a slap on our democratic rights'!

'oh, the PDP is the genesis of our problems, defection to their party is not advised'

Whatever your 'oh' is, I want you to shake off your shackles and see the road clearly.

1. Nigeria was not formed in your interests by British colonisers and the political parties in Nigeria since they left, have never given a fuck about you.
The Economist reckons over 70% out of the approximate $500-600 billion oil ๐Ÿ›ข receipts since independence have been stolen.

*Senator asks Saraki, Dogara to resign from APC*

July 26, 2018

A senator has called for the resignation of Senate President Bukola Saraki and House Speaker Yakubu Dogara from the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Abu Ibrahim (APC, Katsina South), chairman of the Senate Committee on Police Affairs, on Wednesday asked the duo to resign from the party following the mass defection of some APC lawmakers to other parties.

Two days ago, 14 senators dumped the APC with majority joining the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). Thirty-six members of the House of Representatives decamped from the APC as well.

Mr Ibrahim, thereafter, threatened to

HOW LOLA BROUGHT CHARM FROM IJEBU TO NNEWI.

HOW LOLA BROUGHT CHARM FROM IJEBU TO NNEWI.

When Emeka broke the news to his parents that he planned to marry a Yoruba lady, they told him that he was a joker. That would never happen, they said flatly. Was there a scarcity of nubile damsels in Nnewi and its environs or in Anambra State and the entire Igboland that their son would travel across many rivers and many states to marry a Yoruba girl from Ijebu-Ode? Or, had the girl bewitched Emeka with “otumokpo” from Ijebu-Ode? She would not succeed, they concluded. Never!

Weeks after that, nothing was heard about the issue again. They assumed that the case had been closed. Emeka had come to his senses, they concluded. But had he?

Two months later, like a bad dream, Emeka brought up the issue of this Ijebu girl again! This time, his tone was firm. Despite the threats of the parents, he was not cowed. He was resolute to the point of obstinacy. Even the tears of his mother did not move him. His parents concluded their son was indeed under a spell.

When it became obvious, after many months of dialogue, pressure, threats, pleas, tears and quarrels that Emeka was hell-bent on marrying Lola, his parents grudgingly gave their consent, but the father warned that nobody should run to him if the marriage went awry. The father also refused to accompany him to Ijebu-Ode for the marriage rites, saying that as an elder, it was a taboo

Prioty setting

A boat was docked in a tiny Portuguese fishing village.

A tourist complimented the local fishermen on the quality of their fish and... asked how long it took to catch them.

"Not very long" they answered in unison.

"Why didn't you stay out longer and catch more?"

The fishermen explained that their small catches were sufficient to meet their needs and those of their families.

"But what do you do with the rest of your time?"

"We sleep late, fish a little, play with our children, and take siestas with our wives. In the evenings, we go into the village to see our friends, have a few beers, play the guitar, and sing a few fados and songs. We have a full life."

The tourist interrupted, "I have an MBA from Harvard and I can help you! You should start by fishing longer every day. You can then sell the extra fish you catch. With the extra revenue, you can buy a bigger boat."

"And after that?"

"With the extra money the larger boat will bring, you can buy a second one and a third one and so on until you have an entire fleet of trawlers.

Instead of selling your fish to a middle man, you can then negotiate directly with the processing plants and maybe even open your own plant. You can then leave this little village and move to Lisbon, London or even New York City!!! From there you can direct your huge new enterprise."

"How long would that take?"

"Twenty, perhaps twenty-five years." replied the tourist.

"And after that?"

"Afterwards? Well my friend, that's when it gets really interesting," answered the tourist, laughing. "When your business gets really big, you can start buying and selling stocks and make millions!"

"Millions? Really? And after that?" asked the fishermen.

"After that you'll be able to retire, live in a tiny village near the coast, sleep late, play with your children, catch a few fish, take a siesta with your wife and spend your evenings drinking and enjoying your friends."

"With all due respect sir, but

WE BUILT THIS PLACE

Sadly but succinctly stated:

*WE BUILT THIS PLACE*

by Ademola H. Adigun

A lecturer wanting 5 rounds to pass a female student. A policeman demanding 500k for bail. A judge demanding 5m for judgement. A public servant demanding 50m for a contract. A voter demanding 5k for his/her vote. A clergy demanding 5-500k for “blessings”. A leader(s) close their eyes to corruption and nepotism. A parent offering 50k for ward’s admission into school or paying for exam questions.

A society rewarding incompetence. A society  closing its mind to murder. A society shutting down common sense. A society designed to allow the worst to emerge to the top, in many respects. A society that justifies all things in the name of politics, tribe, ethnicity and individual benefit. A society that blackmails others for difference in thinking.

A Nation that we have all collectively built. One working towards oppressing the other. Where impunity is rife. Where our default thinking is on wailing or hailing never a consideration of the issue.

*A society with low or no expectations from their leaders.*  A society in conflict with itself.

*A society where thought is absent*. That all issues are swept under the carpet depending on who holds the broom and where all things can be covered depending on where the umbrella tilts.

A society where seemingly educated men run away from speaking out in the face of evil so that they will be seen as saints .

A society where evil doers are glorified by men who pretend to be gentlemen.

A society  where men have no regards to the legacy they will leave behind.

*A society where money is preferred to wisdom!!!*

*We built this place*
Copied.

LIQNET; A new definition of Crypto Exchange

LIQNET; A new definition of Crypto Exchange

.....article by Yinka dada

Your first step into the crypto currency world will most likely occur through an exchange. There are two main types of exchanges;

The first type of exchange is what most people call a fiat exchange. This an exchange that allows the direct transfer of US Dollars, Euros, and most government-backed currencies to be traded for crypto currency.

The second type of exchange are crypto currency to crypto currency exchanges, that allow crypto currencies to be traded with each other…. Of which LIQNET is one of them.

You should consider a number of things when determining the

best Bitcoin/cryptocurrency exchange for YOU:

How safe is the website and server? Secure exchanges are better.

How is the liquidity? The higher the exchange’s volume, the better.

What are the exchanges fees? The lower the better.

How is the exchanges customer support?

What trading pairs are available?

How many different payment options does it have?

Is the exchange beginner friendly?

This and many more have been put into consideration before the project LIQNET came up.

So basically today I’m to enlighten us more on this project as it is one of the great things to happen in the CRYPTO world.

LIQNET; The true crypto exchange
Liqnet is a platform that unites users, their trading request, orders and also offering better pricing for everyone at the same time. One of the major uniqueness of liqnet is its LEN {liquidity exchange network} tool which enables

The Misconception

THE MISCONCEPTION๐Ÿ˜‘

Listen, it is true that as believers the goal of every godly relationship is a happy marriage. That is our focus. That is the reason why we start a relationship when we feel we are ready to work through one. That is why we are trying so hard to check for comparability, to fit into each other's lives. Marriage is, and remains the long term plan. But hey, not all relationships are meant to end up there, no matter how good it is. This might be kinda hard for you to understand i know, but I think it is time you learn to accept this truth.
Many times God plants people in our life to be our "HELP KEEP" for a season. That is, an HELP to KEEP us going strong through some challenging periods of our life, not for a lifetime.
God plants us

Quote of the day

"It is hard to fail, but it is worse never to have tried to succeed." - Theodore Roosevelt.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP is about your HABIT

 HABITS

Habits are paradigms and behaviours you find in every individual that shapes how they act. To succeed as an entrepreneur you must learn a new level of thinking. You must have an inside out character, in other words you have to develop yourself first before developing others.

Effective entrepreneurs develop themselves. They practice the first 3 habits

1. Proactive - They look for and apply initiatives to get things done, they think outside the box.

2. They begin with the end in mind - They have a clear vision of what they want to achieve and how to get there. I always say to people if you can't get there you won't be there. Meaning your mind need to be at your desired destination before your physical body gets there.
