Liqnet is a platform that unites users, their trading request, orders and also offering better pricing for everyone at the same time. One of the major uniqueness of liqnet is its LEN {liquidity exchange network} tool which enables
the combination of orders from exchange clients and order from third party platforms in to single order package and making it available for trading by all liqnet clients.

WHAT IS A LEN TOKEN?

LIQNET has its own token called LEN Token and holds an initial coin offering ( ICO). The emission of the token is limited and has zero inflation, it also complies with ERC20 standard. The target amount attracted during the ICO is from $20 to $50 million. The tokens can be purchased with Ethereum (ETH), Bitcoin (BTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Zcash (ZEC), Litecoin (LTC), Ripple (XRP), or Waves. Users exchange ETH to tokens by themselves and then transfer them into wallets in the investor’s personal accounts. Afer the ICO, users can withdraw tokens from the wallets in the investor’s personal accounts into other wallets.

In case $50 million are collected (if all tokens are sold in the first three days), 63 746 032 tokens will be issued. In the first three days the investors will get an additional 20% bonus, in the following three days — 10%, in the following four days — 5%. Then tokens will be sold without bonuses.

Additionally, a preliminary closed sale (private offering) will be held for the pioneers of the crypto community, who will become the first clients of the LIQNET platform and receive a 100% bonus. The number of tokens sold during the private offering will be limited to 600 000 LEN, which will equal to $300 thousand with not more than $50 thousand per person. The investors will receive the LEN tokens within five day’s afer the end of the ICO.
