THE POWER OF A SMILE
Smile is a powerful weapon one can break an ice with. A smile induces smiles on the faces of others. It is smiles on the faces of others. It is a smiles on the faces of others. It is a ripple effect. A smile is something you can’t give away, it away comes back to you. It seems that nothing has more power to elevate a mood that the impact of a genuine smile. In the words of Charles Reade: “Beauty is power, a smile its sword”.

Various studies conducted over the years have shown that smiles and laughter can boost the immunes system. This will reduce the risk of minor illness to the chronic diseases such as cancer.

They are designed to reduce physical and emotional pain, and to bring general well-being to the body. If you don’t have time to get to the gym for a good run, try adding a smile and a bit of laughter to boost these natural stress-relieving hormones.

Why do many people spend lots of money on make-up and cosmetic procedures to look more attractive, and then walk around with a scowl on their faces? The most beautiful face in the world will not be pleasing with down-turned lips and a sour expression. In contrast, a plain face can be transformed by the power of a smile.
